Summer 2026 Fulfillment Delays

Hello!

We've gotten a lot of orders lately -- we very much appreciate the support. However, we are running behind on orders after a recent surge, and we want to give you a heads-up in advance before placing your order, as well as provide an update + options for those who are currently waiting on an order they have already placed.

For New Orders:

Our current fulfillment time is much longer than usual. Typical timeline is a couple of days; current fulfillment time is 1-3 weeks depending on the order (items printed-on-demand tend to get out slower than items we have preprinted and ready to ship). 

For Orders Running Behind Schedule:

For all orders that are expected to arrive after the estimated delivery date shown to you in checkout, we are automatically upgrading your order to an expedited shipping option, free of charge, to help make up for some of the delay. However, if you've waited too long at this point and would like a refund, do reach out via contact@nrstellar.com; we apologize for the unreasonable delay.

Thanks for bearing with us. We're making progress through the backlog and should return to our normal fulfillment cadence over the coming weeks.
