Return Policy for nrStellar

At nrStellar, we want you to be fully satisfied with your 3D printed astrophotography gear. Here’s how returns, refunds, and exchanges work:

All products are eligible for return within 30 days of package delivery. These 30 days are based on when you start the return process by contacting us — not when we receive the returned product. Products are returnable even if they show signs of use. Custom products are returnable only if they were not built according to the instructions and dimensions you provided. Returns based on late arrival are accepted only if we take longer than five business days to ship your order.

To initiate a return, contact us through the nrStellar contact form. Include your order number and the items you want to return. We will cover the return shipping costs if you’re returning an item because of our mistake (e.g., it doesn’t function as advertised, has a manufacturing defect, broke despite normal use, or arrived damaged). You'll cover the return shipping if you’re returning it for other reasons (ordered the wrong product, changed your mind, etc.).

We aim to make returns fair and straightforward. We offer refunds, exchanges, or discounts on future purchases up to the value of your original purchase price. Refunds will be issued in USD, and please note that if exchange rates fluctuate, we are not responsible for any impact on value.

Restocking fees apply only if the return is due to customer error and the item shows signs of use. In such cases, we apply a 20% fee based on the product's sticker price (note that this means the full retail price, even if a discount code was applied). If we’re at fault, there are no restocking fees. Original shipping charges are refunded only if we make an error in the order, and any import fees or taxes are not refundable.

We’ll make it right if your product arrives damaged or defective. While you’re welcome to return the item without further assistance, we may be able to offer a repair or fix that’s quicker and more convenient than a full return or replacement. Products damaged through customer misuse are not eligible for a refund, though we value your feedback to improve our products. 

Design updates may affect the exact model you ordered; if we no longer have your specific version, we’ll offer an updated design as a replacement or a full refund. In some cases, we may let you keep the product and issue a refund without needing a return — this option is at our discretion.
